Hahn Sull, Managing Partner / Chief Investment Officer / Portfolio Manager
Hahn has 17 years of experience as a portfolio manager, investment banker and as a credit risk analyst with 16 of those years related to the Asian financial markets. In the past several years, Korea represented the single large country exposure in the combined Asian and Emerging Markets portfolios at MSIM. Hahn was solely responsible for managing over US $1 billion in assets per annum for the past 6 years, and up to US $1.8 billion at the peak, while running a concentrated portfolio of less than 25 names with a strong track record.

Douglas Hong, Partner / Portfolio Manager
Douglas has over 11 years of experience in the Asian financial markets, as an equity research salesperson from 1994 to 2005, with focus on the Korean market. In the past 5 years with Citigroup, Douglas made over 200 company visits per annum with mostly Korean companies, but also with Taiwanese companies. Most of his visits were focused on small to mid cap companies (less than US $500 million in market cap), which tended to have few or no published research available; hence, each bottom-up discovery process involved thorough due diligence. These visits enabled him to build strong corporate ties with numerous small to mid cap companies in Korea.
Also, at LG Investment & Securities’ International Team, which Douglas was a part of from 1996 to 1998, he traded a market making book that covered depository receipts, convertible bonds, bond with warrants and equity-linked notes.
